Suzanne brings to Suite 200 Solutions clients a unique set of skills gained over almost three decades of experience. For claims organizations and corporate law departments, Suzanne helps to improve their legal operations, strengthen the management of outside legal resources, or maximize the efficiencies of the legal services being provided to them. For insurance defense firms, Suzanne helps to improve best practices in billing, alternative fee arrangements, and performance metrics.

Most recently, Suzanne served as Director of Legal Operations for Elevate Services, providing consulting, technology and services to law departments and law firms. In this role she oversaw the legal bill review business unit which she successfully founded, developed and grew.

In prior roles she has served as the Corporate Counsel and Contract Manager for The Main Street America Group, and Director of Litigation and Legal Operations for Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Previously, she held positions with State Farm, Zurich, and CNA.

Suzanne obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara, graduating magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and is licensed to practice law in multiple states.
